100-Year Old Starter
La Pané was never built to be just a pizza shop.
Though it really started with a jar — a sourdough
starter that had already lived a century before it
reached us. Things were humble and a little
unpredictable, but it taught us something important
early on: if you give food trust, time, attention, and
clean ingredients, it will reward you.
