Return & Refund Policy

At La Pané, every merchandise item is created or curated with intention — whether it is a simple tee, tableware collaboration, or a small seasonal product that carries meaning beyond its material form. Many of our merchandise items are produced in limited quantities and often involve community initiatives, which means careful handling of returns and refunds is necessary.

  1. Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted only under the following circumstances:

  • Item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect
  • Item is unworn, unused, and in original condition
  • Return request is submitted within 7 days of collection or delivery

For hygiene and quality assurance reasons, we do not accept returns for:

  • Used or worn apparel
  • Opened merchandise packaging
  • Items purchased during clearance or community fundraising campaigns
  • Minor variations in colour, finishing, or handcrafted details
  1. Refund Options

Once a return is approved and the item is received by us:

  • Customers may choose replacement (subject to stock availability)
  • Or store credit valid for 3 months
  • Cash refunds are generally not provided unless legally required
  1. Community Contribution Note

As a portion of selected merchandise sales is allocated towards community initiatives and charitable efforts, refunds may be adjusted accordingly where applicable.

  1. Return Process

To request a return:

  1. Contact us via WhatsApp / email with:
  • Order reference
  • Photo evidence (if defective)
  • Preferred resolution

2. Wait for confirmation before sending or returning the item

3. Approved returns must be completed within 5 working days
