Shipping & Fulfilment Policy

La Pané merchandise is intentionally produced in small batches, often tied to collaborations or community efforts. As such, fulfilment may differ slightly from conventional retail timelines.

  1. Order Types
  2. a) In-Store Collection (Primary Method)

Most merchandise is fulfilled via self-collection at selected La Pané outlets.

Customers will be notified once the item is ready for collection.
Collection window: within 14 days from notification

Uncollected items may be released back to inventory after this period.

  1. b) Delivery Orders

Where delivery is offered:

  • Shipping is available within Malaysia only
  • Standard fulfilment timeline:
    3 – 7 working days after order confirmation
  • Remote locations may require additional time

Shipping fees will be calculated at checkout or communicated before payment confirmation.

  1. Pre-Order & Limited Releases

Some merchandise items are offered on a pre-order basis due to limited production runs.

For pre-orders:

  • Estimated fulfilment timeline will be stated at purchase
  • Production delays may occur due to collaboration or craft processes
  • Customers will be updated transparently
  1. Failed Delivery / Incorrect Details

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information.
Additional courier charges may apply for:

  • Redelivery
  • Address amendments
  • Failed delivery attempts

In line with our commitment to natural, responsible and community-minded operations, packaging may be minimal, recyclable, or reusable where possible.
