TERMS & CONDITIONS

La Pané Pizzeria — Coalfields, Sungai Buloh Exclusive Opening Promotion

1. Promotion Period & Price

• Valid from 24 October to 29 November 2026, on weekends only, unless otherwise announced by La Pané Pizzeria.
• Buffet price: RM38 per person.
• Each buffet session has a 90-minute dining limit, starting from the time of seating or as communicated by the restaurant.
• Buffet availability is subject to the restaurant’s designated service hours and operational capacity.
• Usual service charges and SST apply.

2. Buffet Inclusions

Each paying guest is entitled to:

• Unlimited dine-in servings of all eight signature La Pané pizzas, subject to the serving and wastage policies below.
• Refillable house-special drinks during the buffet session.
• Unlimited servings of Original Soft Serve or Sambal Gepuk Soft Serve, subject to availability.

3. Pizza Serving & Whole-Pie Requests

• Pizzas are generally served by the slice to allow guests to sample the available flavours and help minimise food wastage.
• Whole-pie requests may be accommodated at the restaurant’s discretion, depending on kitchen capacity, table size, group requirements and service demand.
• Whole-pie requests should be reasonable relative to the number of guests sharing them. The restaurant may limit the quantity of pies per order and request that existing servings be finished before additional orders are placed.
• The restaurant reserves the right to adjust serving quantities or revert to slice service where necessary to minimise wastage and maintain fair access for all guests.

4. Food Wastage Policy

• Guests are encouraged to order only what they can reasonably finish.
• Excessive or avoidable wastage of pizzas, drinks or other buffet items may incur a reasonable wastage charge, assessed according to the quantity and nature of the uneaten items.
• Where applicable, the restaurant will explain the charge to guests before adding it to the bill.
• This policy is intended to discourage deliberate over-ordering and does not penalise reasonable leftovers or unavoidable wastage.
• The restaurant may limit further orders where repeated over-ordering or excessive wastage occurs.

5. Soft Serve

• Each paying guest is entitled to unlimited servings of either Original Soft Serve or Sambal Gepuk Soft Serve during the buffet session.
• Soft serve is served in a cup only. Cones are not included.
• Guests may choose either flavour, subject to availability. If a flavour is unavailable, the restaurant may offer the available alternative.
• Each serving is a standard portion determined by the restaurant. Larger portions, toppings or other variations are not included and may be charged separately.

6. Children’s Admission

• Children under six years old may dine free of charge when accompanied by a paying adult, subject to the restaurant’s seating and service conditions.
• Age eligibility may be verified where reasonably necessary. Complimentary admission and portions for younger or smaller children may be considered at the restaurant’s discretion.
• Children aged six and above are charged the standard buffet price unless otherwise announced.

7. Dine-In Only & Additional Orders

• The buffet is strictly for dine-in consumption within the allotted 90-minute session.
• Takeaway food and packaging are not included in the buffet price. Any takeaway orders will be charged separately at the prevailing à la carte menu prices.
• Guests may not pack or remove buffet food for consumption outside the restaurant under the buffet entitlement.
• Guests may order additional items outside the buffet selection, including à la carte food and beverages. These items will be charged separately at the prevailing menu prices and may appear on the same bill as the buffet charges.
• Restaurant staff and managers may recommend or offer additional items that are not included in the buffet. Such purchases are optional and will be charged separately when ordered.

8. General Conditions & Agreement

• Buffet items are subject to availability and may be served in rotation according to kitchen operations.
• The restaurant may adjust serving arrangements, portions, flavours or availability where reasonably necessary due to operational, supply or food-safety considerations.
• Buffet entitlements are for participating guests only and may not be shared with non-paying guests or transferred to others.
• The promotion cannot be exchanged for cash or combined with other promotions, discounts or vouchers unless expressly stated.
• Images in advertisements and promotional materials are for illustration purposes only. Actual food presentation, portion sizes and serving arrangements may vary.
• By participating in the Kasi Lagi Pizza Buffet, guests acknowledge and agree to these Terms & Conditions. Guests are welcome to clarify any terms with the staff before beginning their buffet session.
• La Pané Pizzeria reserves the right to make reasonable changes to these terms where necessary, subject to applicable law.

10. Online Ordering & Regular Menu Services

The Kasi Lagi Pizza Buffet promotion is exclusively applicable to dine-in customers at the Coalfields location and does not affect La Pané Pizzeria’s regular online ordering services, à la carte menu prices, product offerings or standard service arrangements. Regular online orders and other purchases will continue to be subject to their usual prices, terms and conditions.
